Our Home Office team provides top notch support to our Representatives and clients. The firm has been built on the concepts of integrity, professionalism, independent advice and accountability. Liberty Partners Holdings is founded as a Broker/Dealer, RIA and Insurance Company.

2016

Rethink purchases the company and focuses on a more modern/technology driven approach to investing and helping reps build their business.

2020

Rethink purchases Western Equity Group and rebrands the group of firms to Modern Capital Group.

2023

Topsail Acquisitions Holding LTD purchases Modern Capital Group to bring deeper service and updated offerings to our advisors and their clients.
